Storage Image Disaster Recovery

WebDOCK automatically provides you with Storage Image disaster recovery. Since your important documents are stored off site at all times, they are available even if your offices are destroyed by fire or some other catastrophe. This means that you can quickly regroup in a new or temporary office space and access your documents within hours, instead of days or weeks. We also use redundant hardware and perform nightly backups so that a hardware failure on our end won't keep you from your important data.

With Online File Storage, Document Scanning Services, Document Storage, Electronic Document Management and Storage Image, from the office, your home, the library, even on a wireless device, your Storage Image documents are only a few clicks away since you can access WebDOCK from any location in the world that has an Internet connection. Simply connect to the web and login. If the computer you're using is fairly current you should be able to jump right in and access your documents immediately.

Due to performance and development reasons we only support WebDOCK with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, version 5.0 or above. Other browsers can be used with WebDOCK, but only IE 5.0+ will be supported by our technical support team. This greatly reduces the number of problems that you can have and allows us to develop a more feature rich product.

Sending Storage Image Documents

Sending Storage Image documents to people outside of WebDOCK is just as easy. From a document's information page, you can send to any email address or fax number that you define. Simply click on the pull down menu and select from the address book, then click on GO. Within seconds the Storage Image document is delivered to the email address you selected with the document included as an attachment. Fax messages usually deliver within 15 to 20 minutes. Both are powerful delivery methods.

WebDOCK also gives you the ability to disable this option for each folder you create, so you can prevent Storage Image documents from being sent out. You also control the address book, so only email addresses and fax numbers you trust can be sent to. WebDOCK also makes a log entry every time a document is sent out so you can keep track of who is sending what to where. WebDOCK gives you the power to take back control of your Storage Image documents.
